I have changed my mind. Can I get a refund or make an exchange?

All sales are final, no refunds are accepted. We highly recommend looking at the size chart and models for reference of the fit of our garments. Please carefully review your order details for size and color before finalizing your purchase.

How do I know that the size I ordered is the right size for me?

The fitting is typically oversized and (juice)boxy and no exchanges allowed. Please make sure that you refer to the size chart and our models for reference of the fit prior to selecting items for purchase.

When will I receive my order?

Please allow 2-3 weeks from the Pre-Order closing date for our garments to be made and shipped. You will also need to wait an additional 7 days from the shipping date for your garment to reach your shipping address if it is domestic.

Does JUICEBOX ship to my country?

Yes! We are able ship internationally. Please note international customers are responsible for any customs fees incurred during international shipping. Also shipping internationally will lengthen the shipping duration by 2-3 weeks.

What are the washing instructions for my garment?

Washing instructions: turn shirt inside out, machine wash cold, recommended hang dry, if use of dryer tumble dry low, recommended no bleach, if use of bleach please use non chlorine bleach. Wash with similar weighted clothes.
